We expect you to receive your new mattress in perfect condition on delivery, however sometimes the product may get damaged or scuffed in transit. If this occurs we would recommend not accepting delivery and returning the product with the delivery driver. If this isn't possible let us know and raise a claim with our customer care team. 


We will work with our retailer partners and delivery contractors to assess the issue and if necessary arrange a replacement product to you ASAP.
