All our mattresses are manufactured to order and made by our experienced production team. 

On rare occasions there may be minor imprefections on the fabric, quilting stitches or tape edge stitching. In most cases these issues do not impact on the preformance of the mattress.

If there is a stitching issue our customer care team can assess it to determine if it requires repair or replacement.
