In the AHB Sleep Tracker app you can share your results with a family member or friend. This video helps explain the process of setting this up. 

Tips

  • If you do not see a red dot in the me section just close the application (e.g. on a iPhone you double tap the home button then swipe the app closed)
  • The notification section is in the top right corner of the Me page
